Blackened Chicken....I used thin skinless boneless chicken. This recipe is delicious done in a cast iron pan which has been heated up on high for 10 minutes. Also good for sandwiches or in a salad. Do not over cook chicken. Blacken and check for doneness. You want chicken to stay moist,I mix these spices together and keep in my spice rack. I make the blackened chicken and use for sandwiches, with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise, these are so yummy. Use as little or as much spice depending on how hot you like it.
